If you completed your order as a guest, you can track the shipment by clicking the tracking number from the confirmation email you received or contact our Noble Panacea Skincare Concierge for assistance.
If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you have received a confirmation email but find that it is missing, please send an email to CustomerCare@noblepanacea.com with your order number or call us at (800) 549-1006.
Please note that we must receive this inquiry within 2-3 days from the day your order is marked as delivered. If we receive your inquiry regarding the missing order after this timeframe, the carrier will investigate and order replacement will only be granted if the order is confirmed missing by the carrier.
Unfortunately, we only deliver order(s) to a physical address at this time.
Yes, recipient of the parcel will be responsible for the Custom fees and duties, it is determined and imposed by the government and you are required to pay in advance with the law of your country. You will receive a customs documentation from Fedex via email with an invoice.
You may select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new one and check “ship to this address,” select "Add Gift Option" and add a personal message.
Due to how orders are processed, we unfortunately do not support shipping to multiple addresses at this time. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place the orders separately.
Orders are limited to 3 units per product.
Noble Panacea products can only be purchased from our website at this time and we will soon be releasing a list of exclusive authorized retailers.

Returns and Payments
At Noble Panacea, we take pride in our skincare and wholeheartedly believe in 100% satisfaction regarding the optimal quality of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, received the product damaged, or simply had a change of heart, the item(s) can be returned and accepted for a full refund conceding that a maximum of 3 Active Daily Doses have been used.
You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only item(s) purchased from noblepanacea.com may be accepted for a return.
The only exception is the Holiday Season, which has a longer return timeframe. All item(s) purchased from November 1st can be returned until February 1st.
For item(s) purchased with authorized retailers please refer to their return policy.
Please refer to the return policy section on the Noble Panacea website. Log in to your Noble Panacea account or click on the order number in the order confirmation email you received, complete all necessary fields required, and then submit.
In the case where product is damaged, please email a photograph along with return request to CustomerCare@noblepanacea.com. This can also be done through your Noble Panacea account. Please fill out the required fields on the return tab and attach a photo of the product.
You will receive an email once the return items have been received. Once the return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase apart from Standard Shipping are non-refundable with the exception of returning an order as a result of an error from Noble Panacea’s side.
If the item is broken or damaged in transit, customers may contact the Noble Panacea Skincare Concierge at 800-549-1006 or email us at CustomerCare@noblepanacea.com with a brief description and photo of the damaged product within 7 days from the delivery of your order. Please return the damaged product to Noble Panacea. Once we receive the return, we will process the replacement, and shipping charges will be reimbursed. The same return procedure still applies. Please refer to our return policy.
If you received a gift with purchase, you must ONLY return the items purchased for your refund to be processed.

Please follow the return policy guidelines and attach a photograph of the product. Our Noble Panacea Skincare Concierge will send you a return shipping label. Once the item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be used for your new purchase. The code is a onetime use and only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All exchanges must be equal or higher value.
You will be charged once the order(s) has been successfully submitted via the online checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email for your reference.
Yes, you will be charged tax based on your state and shipping address.

Yes, our products are non-toxic and completely safe. We uphold our ingredient integrity while meticulously crafting our unique formulas. All of our formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free. We have formulated our products with careful consideration, excluding ingredients that could potentially irritate the skin or have questionable safety profiles. All of our formulas are free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, mineral oil, phthalates, petrolatum, formaldehyde, cocamide DEA, propylene glycol, triclosan, myristyl myristate, GMOs, nitrates, artificial colorants, synthetic and natural fragrances, essential oils, paraffin, alcohol, ingredients of animal origin, PEG, and EDTA.

No, all of our products are 100% fragrance-free.. Whether natural, synthetic, or essential oils, fragrance is a sensitizing ingredient for all skin types. We do not include any ingredients that can be considered toxic or harmful.

We use oat kernel extract (avena sativa) in the Vibrant Eye Infusion and Overnight Recharge Cream products. Oats are sometimes listed with wheat, barley, and rye as grains to avoid for a strict gluten-free diet.
Our formulations are preserved with phenoxyethanol. Phenoxyethanol is a globally approved synthetic widely used across the cosmetics industry. Each formulation is packaged into an Active Daily Dose which protects the formulation from any contamination by water, bacteria, or light, further preserving the active ingredients without the need for unnecessary or additional preservatives.
We formulated all of our products to be suitable for all skin types. Our products are also hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic.
Validity and truth in data underscore our every decision. We value and uphold the transparency of the scientific method at every stage of our R&D activities. Our formulas undergo standard R&D testing to ensure product safety, performance, and efficacy. In addition, all our formulas undergo HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Test) designed to evaluate and confirm the safety of a product that contacts the body.
All of our research and development as well as product manufacturing adheres to the 12 Principles of Green Chemistry. We use pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing to ensure precision and material purification in our product formulations. Since we are optimizing the cosmetic active ingredient release behavior at the molecular level, it is important to us to ensure that production is done with the highest-grade pharmaceutical quality. Noble Panacea partners with TerraCycle, the leading solutions provider for hard-to-recycle waste, to ensure our Active Daily Doses are 100% nationally recyclable. Shall you decide to participate, you will automatically receive a complimentary envelope with your Noble Panacea order. Email or call our Noble Panacea Skincare Concierge to send you a FedEx return shipping label via email, simply collect all your empty Active Daily Doses in the envelope, affix the shipping label to the front, and drop it in your mailbox to send back to Noble Panacea.
If you decide you don’t need the complimentary envelope and wish to use one of your own, please check the “Opt Out” option to remove the additional envelope from your order.
Our TerraCycle recycling program is available in the US. We are actively working to expand our recycling program to additional countries; please check back for further updates. If you are living internationally and wish to participate in our current TerraCycle recycling program, please contact the Noble Panacea Skincare Concierge (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an international shipping label.

All Noble Panacea paper carton packaging is recyclable through municipal, curbside recycling. We are currently working on an Active Daily Dose refill program to reuse the Noble Panacea box; please stay tuned for the program launch. The aluminum insert that holds the Active Daily Doses is recyclable in regular municipal recycling streams. The Active Daily Dose packaging is 100% recyclable through our partnership with TerraCycle.
